Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-FRE-29866-R4 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, Southern California Edison. The Project includes the removal of accumulated debris behind the Hooper Creek Diversion Dam (dam) that has been restricting low-level outlet valve (LLOV) operations. Flow from upstream will be diverted to create a dry working environment and maintain minimum instream flows (MIF) to Hooper Creek by rerouting flow to downstream of the dam at the existing Auxiliary Spillway.
