Caltrans was notified of a concentration of collisions adjacent to a mobile home park. The goal is to keep drivers on the roadway and prevent impacts to local residents and enhance traffic and public safety. Work will include driving steel posts and drilling holes for special posts. Guardrail will be placed as far from pavement as possible while maintaining a 2:1 slope behind the rail. Removal of 2 to 8 trees is possible in order to establish a fill slope.
