Document Description
The applicant is to amend Conditional Use Permit #2008-024 to allow the continuing dairy herd count of 8,850 Dairy Cows and to install an Anaerobic Digester Facility which will be covered, a Soil Borrow Area, a Fiber Stacking Slap and Push Wall, a Dual Slope Screen Separator, and an 8-foot Pedestal Screen. The Project also consists of approximately 6,600 liner feet of pipeline (3 inches in diameter), approximately 36 inches (minimum) underground, and will transport the produced biogas from the digester site (APN:020-130-013) to an existing injection site (APN: 020-170-011). The newly installed pipeline will primarily use the county right-of-way along Avenue 21, boring under the bypass to an existing injection facility located on Road 1.
