The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the planning Project referred to internally as Laytonville Wastewater Project. The Project will develop alternatives to provide wastewater service to the Laytonville area in order to provide for commercial and residential growth, connect existing problems with on-site septic systems, protect public health and protect the local groundwater supply. The Project will evaluate the feasibility of constructing a public sewer system to serve the community.
