Document Description
The purpose of the project is to restore pavement, safety, and Transportation Management System (TMS) assets to good condition. The project will rehabilitate Class I pavement, place shoulder backing and dike, upgrade existing guardrails to current standards, install new guardrail, place minor concrete for vegetation control, install new in-line terminal sections, install rumble strips, and upgrade TMS facilities.
