Document Description
Winter storms on December 30, 2022 produced conditions that triggered a landslide in Trinity County on State Route 299 at Postmile 6.37. Project work included: clearing the slide material off the traveled way, removal of 8 damaged hazard trees, 24 hour traffic control, replacement of damaged metal beam guard rail (MBGR), hauling off slide material to an open area that maintenance crews can later use, and construction of a berm to help control subsequent rock fall.
