Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SON-33487-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Chris Hayter, Mendocino Redwood Company.
The project is limited to the removal and replacement of culverts at five Class III crossings and four Class II crossings, removal of six Class III temporary crossings, shotgun repair at a Class III crossing, installation of a rockfill crossing at one Class III crossing, rock installation at two Class III crossings, and installation of road dips at two Class III crossings.
