The Ausonio Property comprises of 17.5 acres and is located within the City limits. The proposed project would involve demolition of an unoccupied single-family dwelling and constructions of up to 377 multi-family residential units at an overall density of approximately 21.5 dwelling units per acre. The project includes a new residential development comprised of 22 multi-family buildings, including 8 two-story townhome buildings (6 to 8 units per building) and 14 three-story apartment buildings (16 to 36 units per building), as well as 684 parking spaces.
