The UC Davis Carmichael Clinic Interior Remodel project will renovate the interior lobby to consolidate reception areas, provide a new centralized blood draw area, expand the physical therapy area, and install a new walk-off mat at the main entrance. The project will also install ADA upgrades for interior and exterior spaces, including exterior improvements for ADA access from the street and new ADA parking. The Carmichael Clinic is a leased facility in the City of Citrus Heights and is not part of a Campus LRDP.

This exemption applies to the operation, repair, permitting, leasing, maintenance or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities or mechanical equipment, involving negligible or no expansion of an existing use. In addition, none of the exceptions for application of a categorical exemption apply to this project.
