The Taft Sewer Improvement Project involves construction and operation of approximately 11,000 linear feet of vitrified clay (VC) sewer pipelines, ranging in size from 8 to 21 inches in diameter, and 39 new maintenance holes. The project would connect to existing City of Orange sewer at the intersection of Meats Avenue and Santiago Boulevard and to the existing OC San sewer at the intersection of Taft Avenue and Glassell Street. The project would abandon approximately 8,000 feet of existing sewer pipeline and would remove 32 existing maintenance holes.
