Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0104-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Aera Energy, LLC.
The project is limited to the alteration of CDFW stream areas located within Permittee-operated Ventura Production Unit in order to conduct routine maintenance activities according to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2012-0104-R5, Revision 3. Work does not include new construction projects, but rather reflects the ongoing routine maintenance and repair activities required to maintain existing infrastructure and facilities within the project area, all of which were previously authorized and mitigated for under CDFW Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 5-312-98 and subsequent amendments in 2014, 2015, and 2019.
