Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to construct a residential development and associated infrastructure, as well as roadway improvements, including widening Florin Road. The site will be mass graded and will use on-site native material to balance cut-and-fill plans. All aquatic features within the Florin 40 property will be directly impacted via mass grading of the site. Along Florin Road, both permanent and temporary impacts to existing roadside ditches are required to complete the proposed roadway improvements.
