The project is the replacement of an existing single-span bridge with a new single-span bridge at the same location with a greater width to accommodate two traffic lanes. Per Section 15300.2 of the CEQA Guidelines, it has been determined 1) no historic resources, hazardous waste sites, or scenic highways will be affected by the project, 2) no unusual circumstances are associated with the project, and 3) successive projects of the same type and in the same place would not occur as a result of the project.
