The Del Norte County Road Division was unable to successfully slip line the culvert resulting in the need for immediate action before total failure of the culvert occurs.

The project is a replacement of an existing culvert. The replacement culvert will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure being replaced. Measures will be taken to protect healthy vegetation and other biological resources located near the inlet and outlet of the culvert.
