Document Description
Jordan Emery of Full Circle Farms requested a license transition (CCL20-0001602) from provisional to annual for an existing Specialty Cottage Indoor Cultivation License. The Project is located at APN 014-420-01-00. The Project will consist of 500 ft² of indoor cannabis cultivation inside an existing building. Mature plants are grown using high-efficacy lights in a 30’ by 60’ shop. The water source for the cultivation is rainwater catchment. According to the Appendix C Checklist prepared by the local jurisdiction, cannabis support areas total 1920 square feet. The project proposes zero grading and no new disturbance areas will be created.

The Department of Cannabis Control has determined that the project is consistent with the local jurisdiction community plan and/or zoning designations. CEQA mandates that project is consistent with the development density established by
existing zoning, community plan, or general plan policies for which an EIR was certified and shall not require additional environmental review, except as might be necessary to examine whether there are project-specific significant effects
which are peculiar to the project or its site. The project activity fits within the parameters included in CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 and the activity does not require additional CEQA analysis.
