Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SMO-21106-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Damian Handisides. The Project is limited to the removal of existing retaining walls and stabilizing steep eroded streambanks within Pulgas Creek. Work will include building a new 54-foot long steel post and Douglas fir lagging retaining wall, armoring the toe of streambank with keyed-in boulders, and grading steep eroded streambanks to shallower contours.
