Document Description
The project proposes to install emergency back-up generators at 4 City of Redlands water system pump stations to provide electrical power to the facilities in the event of a power outage. Minor trenching on previously disturbed non-native soils at a depth no greater than 50cm to connect the generators to electrical system will occur. In addition, concrete footings will be poured to provide a level foundation for the generator. These generators are necessary to provide essential public services during power outage events and would operate under emergency conditions and during occasional maintenance.
