Reclamation District 2103 is proposing to improve a portion of their levee along Grasshopper Slough in Yuba County, California. The Proposed Project includes the repair of waterside streambank erosion, removal and abandonment of decommissioned irrigation pipes, filling a landside ditch, and resurfacing the levee crown in order to meet standards set by FEMA.
