The 2040 General Plan Update is an update to the City of Colfax's adopted General Plan. The General Plan Update includes comprehensive updates to the required elements under the State Planning and Zoning Law, as well as other optional elements that the City has elected to include in its General Plan. The updated plan consolidates goals and policies in order to guide development and conservation in Colfax through 2040.
