Document Description
The proposed Caltrans Safety Minor B project consists of State Route 241 (SR-241) on southbound and northbound Portola Parkway On/Off Ramps in city of Lake Forest within the County of Orange. Work includes removal and replacement of signage, realignment of signage posts, installment of additional signage and markings, application of red-backed retroreflective markers and striping. The purpose of the project is to reduce potential for wrong way incidents and enhance safety of the ramps and mainline facilities. Disturbed soil area is unknown. No utility relocations are required. The project has state funding. All work will occur in State right of way. No new right of way will occur.
