Document Description
This proposed project involves the development of 2.32 acres of undeveloped land during the construction of a 48,783-square foot self-storage facility that includes five self-storage buildings, an office building, on-site landscaping, and improvements. The Project will result in incidental take of 3 western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifola) which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation
