Document Description
Caltrans proposes pavement preservation includes mill, overlay, and digouts on route 40 from PM R135.9 to PM R143.8 in San Bernardino County. Upgrading existing signs includes sign panel and/or post replacements, with post embedment from 3.5’ to 6.0’ deep in the exact same spot. The post may be upgraded to larger size, with the largest post dimension to be 6"x8". Only the work of upgrading existing signs is outside of the pavement. All work is within State right of way. No environmental permits are required.
