From the existing pier, construct 5’ x 34’ ft. covered walkway, 10’ x 16’ ft. covered deck area, 5’ x 10’ ft. landing/extension, 2’ x 20’ ft. gangway, and replace 10’ x 20’ ft suspended platform. Project will reuse 8 existing pilings and drive 6 metal pilings. Construction will occur within October 15 to December 31 work window.
