Document Description
The approximately 0.88-acre project site is comprised of one parcel (Assessor’s Parcel Number [APN] 290-02-102) and is located at 3378-3386 El Camino Real in the City of Santa Clara. The project would demolish the existing one-story commercial building (totaling approximately 8,559 square feet) and construct 22, three-story townhouse units. Each unit would include a two-car garage and private deck space. The proposed townhouse units would have a maximum height of 38 feet to the highest point of the roof. In addition, a total of approximately 9,887 square feet of common open space is proposed at the center and along the perimeter of the eastern, southern, and western sides of the project site. A total of 44 parking spaces (two-car garage for each unit) is proposed. The project also proposes two short-term bicycle parking spaces and 22 long-term parking spaces.
