A new building containing four classrooms would be constructed immediately south of the school's basketball courts. A new playground would be constructed to the west of the proposed building. A new paved parking lot with 14 stalls would be constructed east of the proposed building with access from South 8th Street. Immediately north of the new paring lot, a segment of the existing sidewalk would be modified for an off-street bud loading zone.
