A building permit to allow for the remediation of a previously contaminated site located at 3333 W Pacific Ave. The Project consists of the excavation of approximately 550 cubic yard of contaminated soil. The Project involves the excavation and removal of contaminated soil reaching 25 feet below grade. Once the identified contaminated soil is removed, approximately 550 cubic yards of new soil will replace the removed soil.
