Document Description
The proposed project consists of a request to subdivide three parcels totaling approximately 3 acres into 19 lots (18 residential lots and one lot for a storm water detention basin) to facilitate the development of 18 single-family residences, The new single-family residences would range from 1,077 square feet (sf) to 1,804 sf. Optional 495 sf accessory dwelling units (ADUs) are proposed on 12 of the residential lots. The two existing single-family residences onsite would remain with a lot line adjustment submitted concurrently with the Tentative Subdivision Map and a Tree Permit to remove seven (7) private-protected trees.
