The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number MER-18570-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, California Department of Water Resources. The Project involves activities related to one-time removal of vegetation and sediment that have accumulated, to allow improved and unimpeded flow; rip rap and gravel replacement and one new area of installation; and herbicide application to invasive plants and other vegetation that impedes flow.
