Document Description
This California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) project is located on State Route 142 (SR-142) along Carbon Canyon Road from postmile (PM) 3.5 to the intersection of Carbon Canyon Road and Chino Hills Parkway at PM R3.9 in the City of Chino Hills, San Bernardino County (Attachment A). The scope of the project consists of the following: widening of the road to provide two 1,000-foot lanes, which taper back into one lane, and an 8-foot shoulder; modification of the traffic signal at the intersection; installation of a Midwest guardrail system (MGS); and relocation of a streetlight. Additional right of way is required for this project.
