At Hearst Castle and Hearst San Simeon State Park, the project will install 3 new office modulars on Elephant Hill (site 1) totaling 6,912 square feet, 3 new employee residential modulars at San Simeon Campground (site 2) totaling 3,168 square feet, replace the existing Guide Trailer Office modulars (site 3) with new office modulars totaling 4,464 square feet, and replace the existing District Office modulars (site 4) with new office modulars totaling 10,224 square feet. The new modulars total 24,768 square feet. The area of the 4 sites total approximately 60,000 square feet.
