The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Del Rey CSD WWTP and Sewer Collection System Improvements. The funding for this Project shall be used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the District's sewer collection system and wastewater treatment facility to determine necessary improvements. The overall condition of the sewer collection system is unknown but older areas are in poor condition and in need of substantial repairs.
