Document Description
Initial Study/ Mitigated Negative Declaration for a Tentative Parcel Map (TPM 20542) to allow for the subdivision of a 10-acre site into four, 2.5-acre parcels for the future development of four single-family residences and ancillary structures. The site is located at the northeast corner of Lindero Road and Paramount Road. The Project Site is currently designated Rural Living (RL) within the San Bernardino Countywide Policy Plan and is currently zoned Rural Living (RL). The Proposed Project is an allowable use within the RL zone. Access to the site would be provided by driveways along Paramount Road and Centola Road Avenue.
