Document Description
The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate an existing well that is important to the provision of service by the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District. Actions include the following tasks: wire brush and bail, dual-swab airlift, post-cleaning video log, pump reinstallation, final disinfection, and startup/testing. Any fluid waste generated through the rehabilitation process will be routed to dewatering tanks, and once the waste fluid meets the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit compliance limits it will be discharged on-site. The project will benefit the customers of the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District by improving the District’s water supply reliability.
