Document Description
The project of the extension on Industrial Street includes clearing; grading; installing a four-box culvert crossing, curb, gutter, and sidewalk; and paving for the construction of a road that is 40-feet wide from curb to curb and within a 60-foot right-of-way. The four-box culvert will include four 10-feet-wide by 4-feet-deep cells. The box culverts will extend 51 feet. Little Churn Creek will be relocated slightly to the east to match the placement of the box culverts to increase the available volume and reduce the effects of flooding that occasionally occur on adjacent properties.
