Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to reconstruct a failing concrete seawall located partly below the high-water line of Lake Tahoe and partly in the City of South Lake Tahoe public easement. Wave action has undercut the existing concrete and the concrete has collapsed. The failing wall and an associated concrete patio will be removed, and a new sheet pile wall will be constructed just above the high-water line and upland of the City of South Lake Tahoe public easement. The new wall will protect the upland slope from erosion.
