Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Use Permit to allow for the daily parking and operation of a Mobile Food Truck on a 3.97-acre developed parcel (Andy’s Produce Market). The food truck is proposed to be parked between 8am and 8pm/7 days a week in the northwestern corner of the grocery store parking lot. No new structures or storage are proposed, and garbage disposal will be captured by the shared use of the produce market’s existing commercial bins and with a small garbage can located at the food truck. Patrons and employees will be allowed use of the existing grocery store restroom facilities. The operation will be staffed by the two owners, with no additional employees proposed. Customers will park in the existing produce market parking lots.
