The project proposes replacement of the CHP Santa Ana Carport roof to include: the removal and replacement of all existing roofing systems down to the structural deck to include flashings, gutters, light fixtures, dry rot damaged fascia plates as necessary, and conduit blocking; removal and replacement of damaged substrate; preparation of existing roof deck; and installation of new roofing assembly. Building shall remain occupied and operational during project activities. All construction debris will be properly disposed of in compliance with existing regulations.
