Document Description
New building and a 80 kW generator to provide above ground facilities needed for a new well for the domestic water system owned and operated by the Aspendell Water Company. The generator will be about 39.4 feet long, 3.5 feet wide, and 5.75 feet wide with a 500-gallon propane tank utilized to fuel the generator and provide power to the well pump and building for heat and to the water system SCADA control system. The pumphouse is to be 11 feet, 5 inches tall, 14 feet long and 13 feet wide. The project addresses the California requirement, as mandated by Senate Bill 522, requiring continuous operation during power failures.
