Document Description
The Project is limited to the construction of a free span pedestrian bridge and four storm drain outfall structures. The new bridge will be approximately 65 feet long and 6.5 feet wide, installed above top of bank, and include concrete footings. The storm drain outfall structures will be installed below top of bank but above the ordinary highwater mark and will incorporate rock riprap and willow plantings for bank stabilization. Minor earthwork will be required for the installation of the bridge and outfall structures and involve small construction equipment (i.e., backhoe, bobcat, front end loader, manual tools). The Project will result in permanent impacts to 343 square feet and 271 linear feet, and temporary impacts to 353 square feet and 332 linear feet, of stream and riparian habitat. No trees will be removed by the Project. Construction access will occur from adjacent developed area and Benicia
Road.
