Document Description
The Project Applicant proposes to remove and replace specific dilapidated dock floats, including mainwalk floats at gangways 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9 and dock fingers at gangways 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9, for the purpose of ensuring continued safe recreational use of the existing marina facility. The work will consist of floating the dock structures in and out of position and using hand tools to remove and reassemble the docks. When completed, there will be no net change in overall occupied surface water area cover within the water. The existing gangways will be reused, and no pilings will be removed or replaced.
