NOE for the construction of a 7,200 square foot metal storage building (enclosed) with concrete aprons on two sides to be used by the County of Yuba. This structure is for storage of the emergency command vehicle, jet skis, the SWAT vehicle, etc. It is classified as an “S-2 Storage, low hazard” building according to the Building Department. Project qualifies under New Construction which allows up to four commercial buildings that do not exceed 10,000 square feet in floor area on sites zoned for such use if not involving the use of significant amounts of hazardous substances where all necessary public services and facilities are available and the surrounding area is not environmentally sensitive. As mentioned previously, the metal storage building is 7,200 square feet and will be used to store County vehicles and equipment.
