At its June 15, 2023, meeting, the Central San Board of Directors independently found this project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Central San's CEQA Guidelines Section 15273(a)(1) and (3), in that the fees and charges are being charged merely to reimburse Central San for staff costs and expenses.
