Document Description
The Pittsburg Generating Station has been decommissioned and no longer generates process wastewater from power generation or thermal wastewater from once-through cooling. Therefore, the individual NPDES permit that regulated those discharges can be rescinded. As a condition of the permit rescission, the Pittsburg Owner LPV, LLC must obtain coverage under the State Water Board’s General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities, NPDES Permit CAS000001 to ensure that it maintains best management practices for stormwater discharges.
