Document Description
LHWD proposes to replace two existing reservoir linings and install a geomembrane lining in Reservoir 1A and Reservoir 3 within LHWD Service Area 1. The existing linings have undergone significant deterioration, causing excessive seepage.
Construction activities would consist of removing existing asphalt liners and clay bottom, preparing and compacting the soil subgrade, excavating liner anchor trenches, placing a new geomembrane liner, and backfilling the anchor trenches.
