The Project proposes emergency road repairs and replacement of two culverts beneath Backcountry Road and Casitas Vista Road near Lake Casitas in Ventura County, Cajifornia. The roads were damaged during multiple atmospheric rain events causing a State of Emergency. The roads are used to reach drinking water facilities and for emergency fire access to the surrounding mountain areas. The purpose of this Project is to replace the damaged culverts and repair the roads to restore access prior to the upcoming fire season.
