Document Description
Livestock water for Ross Ranch is supplied from an on-site reservoir with post-1914 appropriated water rights intended for irrigation, recreational, and stock watering uses (SWRCB permit #10462; License #8320). The Project includes tying into the existing gravity-fed livestock watering system and trenching 1,965 feet of pipeline to provide livestock water to a new 500-gallon trough in an adjacent field where cattle currently water directly from creeks.
