Issue a Right of Entry (RoE) to Fort Ord Dunes State Park to Smith Tree Service so they can trim cypress trees currently hanging over the rail lines, and a rail platform to alleviate the probability of breakage due to storm winds. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
