Document Description
The project purpose is to perform maintenance on a damaged access road at a location where it crosses an unnamed ephemeral stream channel, tributary to Los Coches Creek, to ensure that SDG&E vehicles can safely access the transmission lines for maintenance and emergency repairs. The project consists of placing layers of various-sized rock fill into a 127-foot length of ephemeral stream channel and over the surface of the road within the utilities access road easement. The 0.01 acre of permanent impacts to non-wetland waters of the state will be mitigated through the purchase of mitigation bank credits at a ratio of 3:1, area mitigated to area impacted, from the Rancho Jamul Mitigation Bank.
