The project is limited to adding base rock/fill material to water collection pipes, constructing a roofed, 100 square-foot concrete tank pad, constructing an approximately 200 square-foot lab, creating an approximately 485 square-foot paved driveway, installing a trench drain by the driveway, recontouring the hillside to the north of the proposed building, selectively thinning a 600 square-foot area outside of the fence line, removing and replacing the existing fence, installing four (4) curtain drains, and creating an approximately 440 square-foot wetland.
