The Applicant proposes to construct and operate a replacement of the direct filtration/inline pressure filtration system with a two-train contact clarification filtration system using the approved "alternative technology" KEY-PAC AC clarifiers with upflow non buoyant media (formerly Pacific Keystone). System includes two trains rated for 350 gpm each train for a total plant capacity of 1 MGD.
